Hmmm that's a difficult one. Both of them initially agreed to the fact that they'd both have their extra-marital affairs, so not the husband I think. Once someone believes that they have genuine feelings for another, they desire for them feelings to be mutual. Of course any sane person would not get married with the agreement of being cheated on and cheating through the marriage, but at least the guys being honest...
